We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally at this time. All orders are subject to verification of researcher eligibility before processing.
Orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 PM EST are typically processed same-day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping timelines are estimates based on carrier schedules and do not include processing time. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
All peptides are packaged in pharmaceutical-grade containers and shipped in discreet, professional packaging. Products requiring cold storage are shipped with appropriate temperature-controlled packaging (dry ice or cold packs) to maintain compound integrity during transit.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the site for current promotions.
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships. If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days of your order, please contact support@mrpeptide.com.

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
